I have compiled a list of steak places to eat in Singapore that covers all ranges of budgets. Here are my 5 best steaks in Singapore 2023.

The 7 Best Steaks in Singapore for 2023
1. CUT by Wolfgang Puck
CUT by Wolfgang Puck is a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. Their hospitality experience from the entrance to the end of our meal was a top-notch experience.
Medium rare 45 days dry-aged 340g longhorn rib-eye steak here is one of a kind. The steak surface is fully covered in char marks which provides an extra layer of crust and an intense flavor. Colorado lamb packs the same covered crust and intense flavor to it.
All the food we had, from the warm and fluffy bread to the chocolate dessert was sensational. The price was on the high side around $500, but it was definitely worth the experience.

Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse is an Italian steakhouse on Mohamed Sultan Road. They are famous for their Bistecca Fiorentina Signature T Bone, a 900g to 1.1kg massive steak ($228). The steak was juicy inside and well charred on the outside. The flavours of the fats have a good amount of umami flavour and sweetness to them.
The Bistecca Salumi Platter is also a must-try dish as it is fresh, rich in flavour, and according to my Italian friend, it tastes almost as good as at home.
If you like Italian desserts such as Tiramisu, Sticky Pudding and Panna Cotta, you would be pleased to know Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse serves good Italian desserts as well.

4. Dan’s Steaks
Dan’s Steaks serve good quality steaks for a competitive price. The Salmon was crispy on the outside and moist inside. The side dish asparagus was crunchy and flavourful. Burrata was fresh accompanied by crunchy cherry tomatoes.
Their Southern Ranges Aus Ribeye MB4+ 300g($54). The steak has a perfect char mark on the outside and cooks to perfection on the inside. Each bite was juicy and aromatic from the char. We again go for the asparagus on the side as we love it.

5. Fat Cow
Fat Cow is one of Singapore’s top Japanese Fine Dining restaurants. They are known for their premium Japanese Wagyu beef and it really will put a wow and smile on your face. The beef has a rich umami flavour and will melt as soon as it touches your mouth. The beef is so tender that you can tear it by using your lip.
The Fat Cow rice was addictive and the donburi was bursting with flavours all over. Their 21 Days Dry-Aged Nagasaki A5 Wagyu Striploin ($168) is a high-quality beef that has a superb balance between lean and marbled meat.

6. Wooloomooloo Steakhouse
If you’re looking for a steakhouse with a killer view, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse is the place to be. The food is delicious, especially the steak tartare with caviar and ciabatta bread, and the USDA Prime Rib Eye cooked to perfection. However, the service could use some improvement compared to other high-end establishments. Regardless, it’s definitely worth a visit for a special occasion or a fancy night out.

7. Bedrock Origin Sentosa
Bedrock Origin Sentosa is the perfect spot for a cozy and intimate dining experience, especially if you’re craving some top-notch steak.
The Bedrock Pepper Steak and the Applewood Fire Grill Steak were both outstanding, with the Wagyu beef and Grass-Fed Ribeye offering a superb combination of flavors.
I also couldn’t get enough of their Mac and Cheese, which was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of cheesy goodness.
To top it off, the desserts were the perfect end to the meal, with a great balance of flavors that left me feeling satisfied but not overly full.
