1. Bacha Cofee – A Luxury Coffee Experience
Bacha Coffee is one of the ultimate luxury cafes for coffee lovers. Step into the cafe and appreciate the Marrakech-inspired theme. There are plenty of fine coffee to choose from and a variety of pastry that goes with it. In short, if you love coffee, Bacha Coffee is the place to be.
I like coffee from Kenya, Africa. Thus, I order their Bacha Coffee Mount Kenya Coffee which has a fruity aroma with a hint of milk chocolate, the harvest produces a fine acidity and boasts an unusual, berry-like flavor and full body. Check out more about the beans here.

2. Merci Marcel – French Cafe With a Twist
Merci Marcel Orchard has teamed up with Fresh Beauty to bring you a french rose theme cafe. It has an indoor cafe/bar seating area and an outdoor alfresco patio setup.
The beef burger here is highly recommended. It has an excellent buttered crust bun, a juicy burger, and caramelized onion. If you like sourness, you should try their smoked haddock salad. It is super sour and you can actually taste the prominent smokiness from the fresh fish. The macaron dessert was made to perfection. A Balance of sweetness and sourness. Drinks here so far have been a little letdown.

3. Halcyon and Crane Cafe – A Euro/Sichuan Twist
Halcyon and Crane cafe takes cafe food to another level. The food quality and uniqueness here are different from your typical cafe. The burrata cheese with ham salad has Spanish serrano ham, honey rock melons, mixed greens, olives, crushed roasted pistachios, and toasted pumpkin seeds with honey mustard dressing. Now that is fancy for cafe food and the best part is that it tasted great. The same goes for the chorizo dish, excellent sourdough bread with bursting umami flavors from the chorizo. Their drinks are also like an experiment with their signature Yuzu Passionfruit Coffee Cube.

4. % Arabica Singapore
% Arabica is known to be one of the best coffee cafes in the world of coffee. With its minimalist design and company branding position it is actually a coffee chain business yet branded like a unique coffee shop. The coffee here is smooth, aromatic, and has a balanced flavor to it. I mean look at the latte art on this Kyoto Latte, you don’t see that in a major coffee chain shop.

5. The Assembly Ground, Juicy Burger & Great Pasta
The Assembly Ground serves good burgers and pasta. Well, those are the two food that I tried and it was nice. The assembly ground burger had a 130g grilled Australian wagyu steak in it and if you like steak and burgers, you would not be disappointed. The beef was tender, with decent umami flavors, juicy, and a bun that can hold it all together without falling apart. The truffle carbonara was al dente which is my personal favorite doneness of pasta. The truffle was not only fragrant but you can actually taste it in the pasta and the sauce tasted like mushroom soup.

6. Sunday Folks ION Orchard
Sunday Folks ION is an experience store with its combination with Bynd Artisan in front which sells craftsman leathers and Sunday Folks sells artisanal ice cream, coffee, and cakes. Their soft-serve ice cream is not only instagramable but also tastes great. The texture of the ice cream here is smooth, and creamy, and has crispy bits with nuts inside. The ice cream reminds me of creamier ice cream but fancier.

Wild Honey was inspired by their love for travel and a passion for all things breakfast. Serving the most beautiful and imaginative, globally inspired breakfasts since 2009. The cafe has service, a unique/cozy cafe vibe, and serves amazing food & drinks using premium ingredients with their own twist. I like their Signature dish Tunisian which is shakshouka served with brioche & chopped salad. Their ice latte here is also great with a big chunk of coffee ice cube and warm silky smooth milk. Reservation is encouraged to ensure you get your spot in the cafe.
