Zion Road Big Prawn Noodle Review
Zion Road Big Prawn Noodle is well known for its big and fresh prawns. The prawn base broth has a rich umami flavor with a hint of a peppery pork taste. The pig skin is chewy and has a medium-firm texture. The prawns given are cut into half which makes them easy to peel. Noodles have a sweet and super mild spice to them.
Things I like
- Big and fresh prawn
- Rich umani broth
- Balance taste of saltiness, spice and sweetness
- Temperature of the soup could be a little hotter.

I ordered the $12 portion and have more than enough prawns for the day.
I like that the prawns were cut in half as it was easy to peel the skin off without getting your fingers dirty. The prawn was indeed very fresh and has a firm texture to it.
The noodle has a unique flavor of sweetness and a hint of spice to it. At first bite, it tasted like a hint of tomato with spice.
The broth has a rich umami flavor and it comes with pork ribs inside as well. The broth also has a hint of peppery taste to it.
Zion Road Big Prawn Noodle Service
The stall owner was friendly and efficient. He was the cook, order taking, and cashier all at the same time.
I waited 15 minutes to get my order on a weekday night.
