Chilli Pan Mee Batu Road is known for their signature chilli pan mee ($7.80). It comes with thick round noodles, spring onions, fried shallots, poached egg, ikan billis, pork lard, minced meat and chilli flakes on the side.

The poached egg combine with the chilli flakes provides just the right amount of gooey and spiciness to the dish. Compliment it with the crunchy ikan billis and saltiness from the meat, you get yourself a good bowl of chilli pan mee. If you want the chilli pan mee to be less gooey, you can add some broth that is served on the side along with some greens.

Super Kitchen Chilli Pan Mee also serves traditional pan mee soup ($7.80). It comes with round noodles, ikan billis, poached egg, spring onions, fried shallots, and some minced meat.

The broth of their traditional pan mee soup has that good full-body chicken broth flavour.  Noodles are springy and the balance of flavours from the ingredient really compliments one and another.

For the sides, we got some fried dumplings ($4.80). The meat inside the dumpling was generous and the skin is as crispy as it looks in the image.

Super Kitchen is also known for its umbra juice ($3.00) which is also known as Kedondong. The combination from the umbra and the sour plums provides a unique sourish and sweet flavour which goes well with the chilli pan mee. The Barley ($3.00) is also a great alternative to cool down your palette.
