Min Nan Prawn Noodle Review
Verdict
Min Nan Pork Ribs and Prawn Noodle is one of my new favourite spots in Tiong Bahru Market. The broth here is properly filtered and has a mild umami flavour. The pork ribs here are super tender and flavourful. The prawn here is on the smaller side but it is fresh and has a medium firmness to it. Be warned that the chilli padi here is super spicy.

Min Nan Prawn Noodle Food & Price
I order their dry prawn noodle version ($5.00). It also comes in a $6.00 size.
The broth here has a medium prawn fragrant and a mild umami flavour taste. I like that the broth was properly filtered so it was smooth and clean.
The main two proteins here are the prawns and the pork ribs.

The pork rib is here definitely the star of this shop. The Meat literally almost falls off the bone.
Lastly, we have their super spicy chilli padi. The owner even warns people that their chilli padi is spicier than what you normally expect. For spice lovers like myself, this brings joy to my ear and mouth.

Do expect a waiting time of 15 to 30 minutes during peak hours. There is almost always a queue at the shops which shows how many people love it.
