Go K BBQ is probably my favorite Korean BBQ Restaurant in Singapore for its signature wet-aged pork. At GO K BBQ, you are served fresh meats sliced right in front of you and cooked on the grill at a specific temperature by their staff. Their wet-aging method gives every meat perfect tenderness, juiciness, and extra umaminess. They also serve Australian Wagyu with a 9+ Grade and American Beef Prime Grade Beef which is delicious, tender, naturally marbled, and melt-in-your-mouth kind of beef. The beef was excellent but it would be better to have an authentic Korean version of Wagyu called Hanwoo.

Wang Dae Bak Pocha BBQ serves Korean Traditional Iron Grill BBQ in a fun and inviting ambiance. The decor is reminiscent of the Korean Street scene back in the 70s and 80s. The highlight dishes would be their prime ribs (Meat so tender it melts in your mouth), Iberico pork (Pork that has a bursting flavor of goodness), and kimchi pancake (The best kind of pancake, Crispy and oily). With the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff, you’ll definitely be wanting to come back for more.

Don Dae Bak is a simple Korean BBQ restaurant that serves food with a lighter taste. The meat here is served fresh and cooked in front of you (Depending on the crowd). I find the dish here overall has a lighter taste or feels “Healthier” than others like the friend chicken, you would expect it to be super greasy but on contrary, it was not. The meat here does not have that strong burst of umami flavor so it would be good for those who prefer a moderate-flavor meal. The restaurant is rather small and almost always packed, so Don Dae Bak reservations are essential to avoid missing out on a table.
